• Non-Redeemed Keys: A full refund may be granted only if the license key has not been redeemed or viewed. Once the key is delivered and accessed via your email or dashboard, it is considered "used" in the eyes of the manufacturer.

• Defective Keys: If a key does not work upon activation, we will provide a replacement free of charge after our technical team verifies the issue.

• No Refunds After Redemption: Once a license key has been successfully activated or tied to a user account, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Request Period: Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
